The very first step of Invisalign includes taking impressions of your teeth, photographs and x-rays to be sent to the Invsialign lab, with specific instructions regarding what needs to be accomplished with your case. There they will use 3-D computer imaging to map your complete treatment from start to finish. Then we receive a computer-generated animated of the movement involved, which Dr. Koshki will review with you before the custom-made aligners are fabricated.

Your total treatment time with Invisalign will vary depending on your individual needs, but it is usually between 6 and 12 months. During this time, you will wear a set of aligners for two weeks at a time, slowly moving your teeth toward their final desired position. The aligners must be worn all day, every day for them to work properly. They should be removed only while eating and brushing/flossing your teeth. You will return to our office every four-to-six weeks so Dr. Koshki can check your progress and give you your next sets of aligners.
